PPM's President, Mr. Bob Hall, has more than 25 years experience in effective Proposal Development, Government Contracting, and Weapon Systems Acquisition.

Mr. Hall personally created the PRO-SYS Proposal Design process that has achieved recognition on hundreds of successful proposal efforts. His seminars and training courses, in all phases of proposal development, are in great demand by dynamic companies.

Mr. Hall's experience includes all phases of marketing, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and program management with government agencies including NASA, U. S. Air Force, U. S. Navy, U. S. Army, U. S. Marine Corps, Department of Transportation, U. S. Coast Guard, Department of Energy, Department of Interior, Department of State, Consumer Products Safety Commission, and Law Enforcement Assistance Administration. His winning efforts have encompassed a broad range of engineering, manufacturing, and service contracts. He is an undisputed expert in business strategy planning, bid/no-bid decisions, win strategy development, proposal technique design, and Pink & Red Team Reviews.

Mr. Hall is a "hands-on" Proposal Manager who has demonstrated excellent capabilities in providing total proposal support. He has helped large, medium and small companies with Front-End Planning, Win Strategies, Proposal Guide Development, Training, Writing, Graphics Design, Resource Planning, Pricing, Proposal Document Production, oral presentations, videos and BAFO responses. He understands your problems, and knows how to solve them.

Mr. Hall has a degree in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel, and Graduate Business courses from the University of Minnesota. He is licensed as an FAA Commercial Pilot with Instrument and Multi-Engine Ratings. He also holds a U. S. Coast Guard 25 ton Master's License for powered vessels.
